Had trouble sleeping the night before last. I was exhausted and fell asleep shortly after 8. Now it's 4:30 and up and ready to go. Oh well, guess I'll be at the gym first thing when they open.

1. I woke up at 4pm
I woke up at 4pm and am waiting for sleep to take me. It's ethier infomercials or reloding DU over and over till sleep comes for me..

2. Yeah I fear this early morning may start a few days of disrupted sleep
At least, Friday's a day off to recover.

3. Its a good time to be up if you enjoy being alone.
For most of the past year I've been scheduled to start work at 5AM. I find that getting up at 3 gives me time to do the water rituals and relax with a cup of coffee.

As I shift back into the real world, I may miss this part of my day.

4. Yeah I've always been a morning person.
I'm usually up at 5:30 (part of the reason trying to go back to sleep didn't make sense). I like getting to work around 7 to have an hour or two to take care of things before everyone gets chatty and starts bugging me.

5. I got up to pee at 1:30am and spent 45 minutes on DU
before going back to bed. Then at 5:00am somebody knocked on my door, "Oh wrong person" and I am here again. But THIS TIME with coffee. :)

7. I am up at 4:30 every morning.
I am usually in bed between 9:30 and 10. I have to be at work by 7:30, but most of the time, I'm here at 6:30. I like to get a jump on the traffic. I leave the house at 6 a.m. and have the road all to myself.

9. That is not a bad thing...
Early bedtimes and early mornings are a great lifestyle. The only bad thing is nothing but infomercials on TV.
