My husband never comes into the Lounge unless I direct him to read something specific, so I'm not worried about giving anything away.
Anyway, he wants the Nirvana box set for Xmas. I want to get it for him, but print out a fake label/cover for it, so when he opens it he'll think I got him the Nsync box set...or something funnier.
That's where you come in.
Whose box set shall I trick my hubby into thinking I got for him?

Replace the Nirvana CDs with Nsync CDs and leave the box as is.

Come up with a name like "Nevanna" and make your own cover art. Maybe a boy band from Cuba singing all the hits of the Old West. But make it look close to the Nirvana cover. Find some funny pictures of your "boy band" and things like that. Just a thought.

But hide the gift. On Christmas morning, give him a card with a clue in it. That clue will direct him to another place in your house, where there is a clue, which will send him somewhere else, and so on and so on. This way, you send him everywhere looking for his gift. I'm doing this to my aunt this year.

A friend of mine did this for me when I turned 16.
She had actually gotten me the first Go-Go's album, but did a very artistically designed "Slim Whitman" album cover-- made up lots of funny songs to list on it, etc.
It was a great present. FSC
