4. I'm Off!
The Big Boss sent everyone home today at noon due to near-blizzard conditions approaching, I took 1/2-day personal leave tomorrow; everyone gets off at noon tomorrow anyway. I don't go back to work until January 3rd! :toast:

9. We were having blizzard conditions here
But they waited until 3:30 instead of 5 to let us go.
Cool...all the way till the 3rd. That's pretty cool. We just got bought out by an American company and they are paying us for all our vacation time left and now we are starting our vacation times in January. They aren't paying us for our "sick days" so everyone is going to be using them next week. A lot of people will be off next week, but I used all my sick days..lol. So I will be one of very few there next week. Sorry..that was too long..LOL

5. Just had 2 days off....back at it tomorrow...
and Friday and Christmas day(both days until noon, my hours are 3am-Noon) as well. I don't have to be at work on the 25th until around noon, and it will be an 11 hour shift, but fuck it, the money is great and I will have had enough of the kids and their noise noiSE NOISE!!!! ;-) How's that for justification? I do have Sunday off.

Frankly it sucks, but hey, I'm low man on the tree so I need to do it. Had the company actually hired a couple people in a timely fashion, I might be off.

Happy happy!

But at my parent's house on Christmas eve..I get that Noise...noise..noise..and it's nice to leave. So if I lived there, i guess work wouldn't be a bad escape. I hope you have a good holiday somehow. :toast:
