Who was the most significant Beatle, John or Paul?
I'm talking about when they were with the Beatles, not after...

3. I view them as equals
Without either of them, there would have been no Beatles as we know them.

10. john
hes the only one of the two that did any innovation...pauls stuff was just bubblegum pop. I think it can be summed up by A Day in the Life...awesome song...has pauls crappy pop part in the middle.

15. What about Hey Jude, Blackbird, Eleanor Rigby, etc?

13. John was the artist, Paul the craftsman.
Neither could have made it work without the other.

14. It couldn't have happened without both of them
and for all the people who say John, Paul wrote some of the very best Beatles Songs and was a kick ass bass player to boot.

16. they were greater as a team than as two individuals
you know that saying I am having trouble with...Actually, I think The Phenomenon that was The Beatles would not have occured with one member changed out.

Paul was my fave as a little girl. but I grew up and have the bigger appreciation for George and John, now.
