The draft of the Iraqi constitution

When, in the course of human events it becomes necessary to dissolve the political and munitional bombs dropped on us by America and to assume among peoples of the Earth that all Iraqis are not sub-human nor terrorists but a destroyed and impoverished people.

We are teetering on the precipice of starvation and ruin brought on by the unflinching lies and blistering attacks of King George, who in his quest for empire, destroyed a people for no justifiable reason.

It is in this context that the Iraqi people are compelled to concede that our OIL is the property of UNOCAL and our infrastructure shall be owned by Halliburton and its subsidiaries in the control of Dick Cheny.

In keeping with the inevitability of a "Democratic Iraq" we do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution of the Iraqi States of America.

Article 1: Iraqis are not obligated or allowed to own any property.
Iraqis will not have the right to vote. Democratic leaders in Iraq will be Democratically Appointed by King George Bush of the American Empire.

Article 2: Justice. We don't need no stinking justice. Iraqi's do not have a proctection (like Americans now) of a 4th amendment guarantee against unreasonable search and seizure.

Article 3: Iraqis are happy and overjoyed at the overthrow of Saddam Hussein and will accept American rule for perpetuity.

Article 4: Nike, Levi Strauss, Ford/Chevy/Chrysler and other American corporations will use Iraqi peoples and factories foe the production of their products to be sold in America. Iraqis do not have the right to unionize for livable wages.
Unionizing activity is punishable by death.


Article 5: No Iraqi civilian attempt to form their own Government will ever be recognized by King George Bush.
