For a thing to be mental, it must possess either intentionality or qualia. I doubt that any of the poll options possess qualia, but since all clearly refer to something, they all possess intentionality. Therefore, all of the above and all of the below. But I can only vote once, so all of the above, cuz it had fewer votes.
