1970 VW Bus for sale....
completely rebuilt engine, $3000. Anyone interested? Know anyone who's interested? It's the standard VW off-white color. It's my sister's, she and her husband inherited it from his mom and they're not interested in keeping it. I can get more details if anyone wants them, just tell me what you'd like to know. Or, if you have suggestions (other than eBay, I'm going there next if no one at DU is interested) for possible online sale venues, please let me know.

Thanks!

1. Dang!
That brings back memories. I had a '72 veedub bus for my last year in high school. It was an oil-burning mess, but I loved it. They have a lot of personality. I miss it. (but not enough to buy yours, sorry. but good luck!)

5. Hi --
yes, I can get you some photos sometime this week (my sister's frantic with inlaws at her house ...).

The bus is in Boise, Idaho.

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, our company just left after monopolizing my computer for the last three days.

which you probably won't with a rebuilt, you can sell it for parts. What are you asking? I have a '68 totally cherry with a new everything from Pueblo. It needs a brake job now, though. Problem is, it's perfect for down here, but I dread taking it up to the States and getting on the freeway.

on edit: duh, sorry, I see you're asking 3.Just got up from a nap.
