6. It's not like those other bikes.
Plus it's all original and in great condition and has very low mileage.

9. I wasn't making a value judgment on your bike, simply providing info.
You may notice that those bikes I listed aren't selling. I am a member of e-bay and did a recently sold search. I found none that had sold recently.

12. Here's a '67, asking price $1400
http://www.bradsbikes.net/current_offerings.aspx

But in the "recent sales" section a '67 and a '65 went for $900 and $850 respectively.

Here's a dedicated CT-90 page.

Might try to find a copy of Vintage Bikes or a similar mag at your local newsstand.

7. For newer bikes,

I use the "N.A.D.A. Motorcycle/Snowmobile/ATV/Personal Watercraft Appraisal Guide." Banks are likely to have it, and some big libraries will have it too. It's issued three times per year by the National Automotible Dealers Association.

To no surprise, it doesn't go back as far as 1966. What the item sells for on eBay is probably the best guide there is. There's a magazine for old bikes, Walneck's Classic Cycle Trader. It should be on the magazine rack of all those big chain bookstores.

Last but not least, Hemmings Motor News has bike ads, does it not? It too is at all the big bookstores.
