2. Dr. Bill Frist. For obvious reasons.

(Not counting Mengele, the creepiest of all). And also there was the doctor that ran the student health service when I was in college. That was Dr. "Strip-To-The-Waist" X. If a female student went to the health service with any kind of ailment or injury, like even a sprained ankle, she'd be asked to take at least some of her clothes off. He was way creepy.

I agree. I find the man to be repugnant and loathsome. I've heard he was into after-hours vivisection of animal shelter cats and dogs. Again, this is hearsay, but I've heard it more than once. The building at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga bearing his name is a joke as it's a small two story brick building with no windows. I'd be ashamed for it to have my name on the plaque.
