do whatever you can do that my hot water heater is replaced tomorrow. No hot water since Christmas Eve morning except the old fashion way, plus I need a shower. If the no hot water thing continues I'll need to send DU clothes pins to read my posts. I do cheat a little -- I put the hot water heater on to shower then mop the garage and shut if off. Now I am worrried that there is all kinds of fungis in between the walls of the house.
I'm only going to pay $35.00 for the new heater because I have a homeowner warranty, but they want $50.00 to haul the old one away, my son said don't do this, he will take it away, don't pay them the 50. Why charge $50.00? Does this have something to do with the environment, maybe my son should not haul this off to the dump?

but not for quite some time. My son can haul it away, not a problem. I just can't believe they want $50.00. Three years ago when the samething happened I paid $10.00.
I just don't want my son to dump something that is environmentally unsafe and get into trouble.
