I think I agree with this list, but I'd add George Bush and Dick Cheney to number one.

Britney, Paris Top List Of Most Annoying People
It's a tie between Britney Spears and Paris Hilton for Star magazine's title of most annoying person of 2004.

Spears got the nod for doing everything but singing and dancing, including getting married -- twice.

Hilton got it for being overexposed in every sense of the word.

Anna Nicole Smith was second followed by The View's Star Jones for her over the top wedding.
