freaking neighbor -- grrrr...like to take that freaking rifle
and stick it where it would do the most good.

jerk just fired off two round from his back yard. My dog tried to hide in my lap -- not easy since she's 70lbs...

reported him to the local police -- not expecting anything to happen, but if other neighbors also called about it -- maybe

he thinks because he's in the "country" he can just shoot at will -- houses are close together and there are laws about discharge of firearms within "x" amount of feet of residences..

we've had an informal neighborhood "meeting" of sorts -- mostly bumping into other neighbors at store or on the street -- they are also upset and concerned with Mr. Shoot-em-up. Hopefully they are home today and have made their phone call to the local police.

this past summer he was out in the yard with an airgun and his 5 yr old son - they were taking turns shooting at a hornets nest up about 30 feet in a tree...

another time he's out there (with a beer in his hand) yelling at his son to put the rifle down because the safety was off and rifle was loaded..

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

2. Keep calling the Police
Sounds like he is an accident and or tragedy waiting to happen. What he is doing is against the law no matter where you live, check with you local county code and I am sure he must be at least 3 thousand feet from the nearest house. If the local cops won’t do anything call your State Police.

3. I know why he was shooting at the hornets' nest
'cause if he don't fight 'em there, he'll have to fight 'em here (when they come after him).'
