I think this is appropriate, since Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier, iron-fisted ruler of Haiti for decades, seems to be cut from the same mold.
Papa Doc destroyed all his enemies with cruelty and terror. He was immersed in voodoo and was feared throughout the nation.
Doesn't that sound like Frist?
