and i aLmost feLL outta my seat. i grew up with this kid (we were bestest friends) and we dreamed of being big name rappers one day (sorta). we even formed a short Lived group that Lasted 1 show - "the tru poets" - a contest at the YMCA in centraL square. i though it went fareLy weLL considering our Lack of performing experience (we were winging it), our age (16 & 15 respectiveLy), and the fact that we were 2 of about 4 white peopLe in the packed gym (maybe 500 peopLe).

and we were booed right the fuck outta there. :D

anyhow, i'm beaming right now because i haven't seen him in yeeeaaarrsss.
