if there were hidden cameras. Those people knew...some looked surprised for a moment and then joined along...I'm not defending them but of course when taping stopped, the producers had those people sign a release form to appear on the comedy program showed on HBO.:shrug:

The Ali G Show is by a Brit and a British production company. And they don't need to give any other reason than "we were hired to help Borat shoot his show in the US."

I know that not all rednecks hate jews...and that a lot of the crowd was clearly uncomfortable. But you can hear a couple voices from the crowd--one woman in particular--who really got into the chorus.

Hilarious, regardless.

17. I agree with both points. There was also the one in the South

where they are tasting wine. When Borat noticed the African-American waiter pouring the wine for the group, he asked if they had slaves.
"Not anymore," the Southern country-clubber said.
