How do I adjust the wristband on my stainless Casio G-Shock Watch? |
|
Do I HAVE to take it to a jeweler or watch shop? Googling doesn't yield much help. The metal links of the band have, on their underside, little arrows. It's not clear to me what the arrows are supposed to point to.

1. Just take it to a jeweler |
|
He'll either have to take out a link, or add one. There is a small adjustment, but you pretty much need a jeweler for that too.
It's very cheap.

2. The arrows point to litle pins |
|
You push in the little SPRING LOADED pins. They then go flying across the room OR into your eye. Retrieve the little pins as you will need them to put your watch back together, or to give to the jeweler.

My god! Have you seen me try to do anything mechanical? Because that describes precisely what would happen if I tried to do something like that. :D
