Repost:How can I save my clip from CSPAN this morning?

Actually it is from 12/30/04. I am the guy from Cincinnati at 11:23 on Realplayer, I would have TIVOed it had they re-broadcast the show yesterday, but they did not. Any way to save it? TIA

1. C-Span is the best for accessing past shows

They save everything in their archives, and you just have to search for and find it.:shrug:

I would like to save it to my computer. I want the clip to be on my HDD.

3. I see. I don't know about this, just that past shows are accessible

on C-Span. But I do know someone else here who I can ask, which I will. And I'm sure than others know. DUers are very good at this. Hang on!:-)

Oh and BTW, I love your great city. I went to the Feb.15th Anti-war rally, and just fell in love with it. We stayed at a hotel in SOHO and one night we ate at a place called Thai Angel...damn I want some of those fish balls right now they were so good!

He said, since this is streaming video, you can't access the file, directly, to make copies. You can, but need special software to do it.

I have accessed a lot on C-Span, and would just recommend doing a search for it, on their site, and saving it. Programs are available on their site forever. I am not technical and sorry I couldn't help you more.:shrug:
