I was putting the final touches on a New Year's Eve blowout party. I got a new 30-gal plastic trashcan and prepared a batch of Purple Passion, then added cut-up citrus slices to the mix for inebriating snacks later.
The weather turned out bad that night, which was fortuituous given the advanced state of drunkenness reached during the party. I had 12 very drunk people sleeping over in random locations throughout my apartment. A good time was had by all!

We used to fill a garbage barrel in the shower stall in the dorm, pour in the Everclear, a couple tins of KoolAid, and a brick of dry ice.
Those were the days.

at a passion party the week after we graduated high school. A buddy of mine and I couldn't find any cups in the kitchen (HUGE party at the beach) so we had to use a sleeve of Dixie cups we found in the bathroom.
Whoohooo boy.

be afraid be VERY afraid
On a side note-my wife is from Roanoke and none of them ever go to OBX (God I hate those bumper stickers) they all go to Myrtle Beach. It seems funny that they really do live in a completely different world ........or we do.

They had this orange, non-carbonated drink bubbler at the time (they are now gone). They would lend their spare to civic organizations along with a complimentary gallon of orange syrup.
We, of course would use it for parties.
One quart orange syrup One gallon grain alcohol One gallon Hawaiian Punch One gallon ginger ale One half gallon dark rum One gallon orange juice
The bubbler had a built-in cooler, so ice was unnecessary. There were thousands of hangovers in that orange bowl.
