options. Even the reduced-fat Hebrew National offerings are calorie-dense, though they are awfully good. Been a long time since I had it (hot dogs, I mean).

9. Definatley Hebrew National |
|
I recently rediscovered hot dogs after not eating them for years out of fear of what they were made of. It turns out, if a hot dog says "all beef" on the package, that's what it is (actually, it's mostly fat). The lips and assholes kinds have to have "made from variety meats" on the label. Hebrew Nationals are the best, but they are kind of expensive.

I don't know what brand. I don't actually buy them at the grocery store. I have had beef hot dogs at a few events and find them to be much better than pork based hot dogs.

20. Just about any kosher hot dog... |
|
Edited on Sat Sep-27-03 11:03 PM by Spider Jerusalem
with Hebrew National at the top, as others have said. The good thing about kosher is that you know what's in 'em, and it's actually stuff that most of us would classify as "meat", as opposed to the assorted offal, gristle, and other unidentifiable and disturbing things that go into NON-kosher hot dogs.
