Feb 01' video proves White House knew Saddam was not a threat
uncovered video footage of Powell in Cairo on February 24, 2001 saying, "He (Saddam Hussein) has not developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction. He is unable to project conventional power against his neighbours."

1. Well they could not beat Iran and......
We had spent 12 years knocking him down and we have people who worried he was after us. These people either own arms stocks or see evil under their beds. Was anyone on this site worried that this guy was after us? That he had the means to do it?This was a dream by the crazies running Bush and the gov. And Bush must get in as his father did not. Second term I mean
