Good God Almighty, I'll be forty years old in three days!!!!
My God, where in the hell has the time gone? It seems like yesterday it was NYE 20 years ago when I was just turning twenty. My life is half over and I feel like I haven't done shit with it yet! Geez, what a way to start out the new year! Oh well, after four glasses of wine, I suppose I don't care right now, at least, lol! Here's to fifty more years!

16. My high school science teacher always
said your forties were your best decade, since you're old enough to know better (older and wiser, in other words), but still young and healthy enough to enjoy things. I finally understand now what she was saying!
