I've got one on my shoulder that I find myself shaving every few days. It's annoying as hell.

8. Don't Tweeze
It injures the follicles and they plot revenge...the blood supply gets better and the hairs turns whiskery. a cheap way to permanently remove the little bastards is the blend method of electrolysis. It is about $20-30 for 15 minutes and if it's a small amount of hair, you shouldn't need more than that. You'll need a few visits though, because of the hairs' life cycle.
