SILOAM SPRINGS — A woman who has been arrested for prostitution at least 36 times in four states has allegedly brought her business to Siloam Springs, allegedly involving a 15-year-old girl.

Delories Diana Ramirez, 45, of Siloam Springs, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of promoting prostitution, employing or consenting use of a child in sexual performance, producing, directing or promoting sexual performance and for transport of a minor for prohibited sexual contact. <<
