I hate it when I get that internal shaking, angry fire behind the eyes, gonna rip somebody a new one feeling. I feel like I can't think straight or be effective when that happens ( even though it shows I am just a person who cares passionately about things)

Vent it. "Get it out Morris" is an old way my friends would say : VENT. ( Morris was an ex Hell's Angel who learned how to control his temper but not how to release it once he had it held back. He would get a facial contortion going like nothing any of us had ever seen and you could tell he was in pain but he swore he'd never hurt anybody so what's a man to do? We all told him just to howl or scream when that happened. No one would get hurt and he could still use up that extra burst of energy. "Get it out, Morris. Get it out." He'd let loose with a banshee's wailing. Hope that explanation makes sense)

Go for a car ride down a deserted road or into the bathroom if you're home alone or a room where nobody can hear you if you have company.

Spew out every hateful thing you're feeling.
