I just deleted a virus...Do I need to do anything else? |

I'm a little surprised. Getting rid of the virus was pretty easy. AVG wouldn't delete (or heal) the virus for some reason, so I found the folder it was in and just deleted the whole folder. Re-scanned and it now says there's no virus. So maybe it worked. Do I need to do anything else?

4. If you're a ME or XP user it may still be in your Sys. Restore. |
|
It may still be in other places on your system also, such as in your registry.
I suggest doing a google for that virus and then seeing what is recommended on it's removal.

5. Did you use the Soprano metheod? |
|
You know, shoot the virus in the head, cut it up and bury in cement?
That's a sure fire way to make sure it doesn't come back.
