Do you sing in your car?
I do. I get quite into it. I know you can see me - I just don't care. Confession is good for the soul.

Now you know all my dirty little secrets.

Well, maybe not ALL...

3. Pretty self-conscious about it
usually only on long country roads where it is usually deserted and unlikely to see anybody else.....in town? no...look too stupid.

8. I didn't say I was good
The car is the perfect place for me to sing - no one can hear me.

13. I sing, beat the steering wheel, all around get down
I don't care who sees me. Sometimes, if I catch someone staring, I wave at them. Funny, they never wave back, they always look away.

15. Loudly and with all the appropriate hand motions
I don't give a damn what other people on the road think of me - I don't know them and they don't know me. I can't sing like that at home because I can't sing and my cat and my hubby would move out if I did.

That's what cars are for, isn't it?

17. You bet!
I don't know what annoys my kids more, me singing '70s and '80s songs or yelling right on sista to Randi Rhodes, but whoever has the wheel has control of the radio. I believe in democracy, but my car is a monarchy, and I am the Queen Mother.

19. Hell ya!
The louder, the better!

I burn CDs of belt-able tunes, with the specific intention of using them in the car.

20. Sing AND Dance
People probably think I'm a nutbag if they look over when I'm in the midst of singing and dancing.

28. Hey, I got plantar fasciitis that way!
When I figured out I could transcribe medical reports and listen to my CD player at the same time via a little Y-connector for my headphones, I developed plantar fasciitis and posterior tibial dysfunction. Not in the foot I used for the foot pedal, but the one I bounced up and down to the music. That and my head were the only body parts that could dance while I typed. :bounce:

26. I sing badly and loud and so do alot of my friends....
I play the music so loud, and you can't hear anyone in the backseat when the tops down, so we go for it, and chair dance and wave our arms in the air too.
