1. Well if your chipping away it isn't fun, try heating a bowl of water....
in the micro wave and then put it in the freezer, a few times and the ice will start lifting.

3. Well, I Finished Defrosting!!
I used three pans filled with hot water, refilling them frequently. I also used The Princess's blow dryer to melt as much ice as possible.

All the food is back in, and it's back on.
