53 Posts to 2000... ask me anything!
Edited on Sun Jan-02-05 07:32 PM by St. Jarvitude
I really want to get it past 2000 in time for Monday (the end of Winter Break).

In memory of one of the greatest football seasons ever, I will name a football player with every post - one that fits the difference of:

2000-totalposts

So #53 ...

Mike Webster, C for PIT (74-88) and KC (89-90)

Now, ask me anything so I can post more football pictures!

5. NW Suburbs of Chicago
Edited on Sun Jan-02-05 07:37 PM by St. Jarvitude
At a fairly large public high school (no, not Stevenson... which is the fairly famous one).

I obviously don't want to give it away outright for fear of freeper stalkers :puke:

#52 DJ Williams, rookie LB for the Broncos

I couldn't find a picture of him as a Bronco, so here's him at Miami.

3. Are you sure you want to do this?
I just passed 2000 myself a couple of days ago, and everything's still the same.

In fact, I'm in the middle of a nasty cold, and I can't say passing 2000 posts had nothing to do with it.

Are you really, really, really sure???

23. i could tell you the real reason...
but then i'd have to kill you

but really, it has to do with how sunlight enters our atmosphere-when it is entering either straight in or at a deep angle, the light has less distance to travel within the atmosphere, so the freq of the light slows down and approximates a blue tint, the closest color to the freq of the light...(spectrum of light, bla bla bla)

what's strange is that the reason the sky goes orange is bc the light is entering the atmosphere at an angle more shallow relative to the observer, and as it takes longer to enter the atmosphere, the light slows more due to the added distance of air...thus the slower light waves have a lower freq, and thus an orange color...pretty interesting, huh?
