2. I don't think, I know so...
Try to organize, and zip, you are fired for something else. This includes getting caught associating with them or doing stuff for the unions off the clock.

3. No, not at all...they do much worse
I remember the plight of the Wal-Mart meatcutters at one store. IIRC it was somewhere in the Midwest.

One store's butchering department decided to join the Food & Commercial Workers of America. They got their election certified. By the end of the week, Wal-Mart had discovered Case Ready Meat (it comes from the packing plant in trays ready to go on the shelves), cancelled contracts with any meat packer who wouldn't supply Wal-Mart with case-ready meat, and fired every meatcutter in every Wal-Mart in America.

I have no doubt that if Wal-Mart's tire changers decided to unionize in one store, Wal-Mart would go out of the tire business.

4. Well, with this MO you could get them out of EVERY business!
And zip, no more Wal-Mart.

Well, one can dream, right?
