1. Don't get me wrong, I like the Ducks
but #19 after their last game? I don't think so. I would put Air Force in their place.

4. Yeah..
...only dropping them 9 spots after losing by more than 5 touchdowns??

I'd have dropped them out of the Top 20 completely.

6. Maybe....

...but besides Penn State, they haven't proven themselves yet, and I bet the voters didn't like seeing Tulsa, Troy State, Ohio, and Louisiana Lafayette as the first 4 games on the schedule.

But they sure did bury those teams.....I might have them in the Top 20. Certainly worthy so far. In 2 weeks, we'll find out how real they are (Michigan)

Bravo to Glen Mason...giving them the shot to be 4-0 going into PSU gave them the confidence they needed.

Minnesota was ranked 20 before the PSU game. The notion that Minnesota proved themselves against Penn State - which has the worst offense in college football - is laughable.

The game should have been a blowout: Minnesota 48, PSU 17 (yes, I know the book had them at +3). Instead, Minnesota barely contained PSU's joke of an offense (winning more on PSU mistakes than anything else) - even with the starting quarterback injured, and managed to put up a grand total of 3 points in the second half. Minnesota is a paper tiger, and is far from underrated. If anything, they're overrated.

On Edit: ESPN during the game had Minnesota ranked 20. I've seen elsewhere Minnesota ranked at 23 for last week. Not sure which...

BGSU, Washington and NC State. We're going on the road to invade Camp Randell Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin.

15. I don't mind...
...not being #1. There were only two weeks last year when we were #1. One of those times came on January 4th.

As long as we keep winning, it'll take care of itself. And truth be told, no team left on OSU's schedule is playing world-beating football right now. We can, if we don't screw up or run into a team on fire, win all our games again.
