just give the lombardi trophy to them and quit this charade.

Seriously though they look like the best team in the NFL right now.

4. Four games into the season
And it's over already?

I mean, I'm glad the Vikings won today and all, but there are still 12 regular season games plus 2-3 playoff games and then the big one...
I'm not ready to give up on my team yet.

You should have easily spanked seattle. Now I have to listen to all these goobers in seattle spooge over the crappy hawks.

9. HEY
The Seachickens are on the march - on the move. They will accept nothing less than victory.

All creatures have the belief in themselves, and possible victory. Therein lies the nature of mammals.

19. How would you know
the Vikings don't play them till like week 13 or 14 or I could be off with the Week, but I seen the Seahawks against the Cards and the Rams and they look great, Hasselbeck is coming around and showing that he could be the next great QB under Holmgren. I wouldn't just write them off early in this season.

the Law of averages is about to kick in.

The Bengals will win the next four Super Bowls.

15. Better watch out for the Colts.
Dungy is doing for the Colts what he did for the Bucs. He's a great coach.

17. what does that remind me of?
Do you think the Vikings can beat Denver?

What do you mean they have to beat Atlanta first?

It would have been poetic justice if that pass interference call had been made in the previous superbowl and then oh-and-four Denver could have played oh-and-four Minnesota in the big one. It probably would have ended in a zero-zero tie. I just thought it was funny that fans of the 15-1 Vikings paid no attention to the 14-2 Falcons.

Do you think the Vikings can beat Denver?

Speaking of the Hawks. I remember one year where they won like their last seven games, clobbering all of the teams that were going to the play-offs. Yet they did not make the playoffs.

Have the Vikes clobbered Tampa Bay yet? Then maybe you can start counting those chickens. It is hard for me to tell who has less class - Randy Moss or Warren Sapp? Anyway, since this is Vermeil's 3rd year, the Chiefs are the team of destiny.

18. They haven't played
Edited on Mon Sep-29-03 03:14 AM by VermontDem2004
Denver, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Seattle, and many other teams off to a great start this year. We will wait and see. Possible Super Bowl matchup on October 19th, Denver comes to the Metrodome to face the Viks. The Vikes look like the best team in the NFC so far but it is still much early in the season. I could've sworn in 1998 it would of have been a Vikings-Broncos Super Bowl instead of a Falcons-Broncos Super Bowl. The Vikings haven't looked this good since that season, and Randy is the best WR in the game, too bad the Cards passed him up in the draft years ago.
