i am a carnavor but my best friend and his girl friend are both vegans. he gets me to try things every now and then.

14. Well, a ton of people like them.

I just couldn't go there. The smell, feeling, texture. Nasty. It reminded me of when they tried to make us dissect a fetal pig in the 8th grade. :puke:

15. the thing is...

you were supposed ot just dissect the pig, not eat it!! lol we did that too and my partner and i actually named our pig before we dissected it. gave it a little name tag and everything. we called him wilber (very f**king original!!)

16. I wouldn't do it.

My eighth grade rebellion I guess. I still won't do it. I have been blessed with great professors who if they don't agree with my pleas, understand them. The program I am in in school required me to slice and dice a cat for a class. I refused to do it and my teacher still gave me my A, didn't try to make a big deal about it or anything. It is so unneccesary and sickening. :puke:

I don't think that if it came to that for me (do it or fail a class) I could not do it.

19. Just to make a counter point-

could biology classes teach the lessons they need to without dissection? I cannot think of another way of teaching antamoy (I wish I could spell!!)

20. Yes.

There is software now that is so realistic, just dont have to touch and smell the dead cat. There is no reason that the computer programs can't be used instead of the actual dissection.
