I take it all back. I see I was wrong and stand corrected. |

In another thread I said that Bush must be beside himself over the fact that the tsunami (and I'm surprised the media haven't come up with some clever "name" for this disaster yet) casualty numbers far outnumber the casualties suffered on 9/11, and he can't capitalize on the tsunami for his own benefit.
However, it now appears I was wrong, of course, I just passed the newspaper stand in my cafeteria and the front page is touting our military's helicopters as "worth their weight in gold" because of all the wonderful things they are allegedly bringing the survivors.
Silly me, of course. This is a perfect opportunity to promote the expansion of our military. I misunderestimated the misunderestimator.
