25. I Was Born the Day After Thanksgiving
My mom went into labor on Thanksgiving Day, but it never progressed very far. The doctor sent her home. Early Friday morning, she went back into labor, and I was born at 7:26 in the morning - the exact same time of the day that my son was born 22 years later.....

39. I was also born the day after Thanksgiving
My mom went into labor on Thanksgiving and her doctor was out of town. She had to be delivered by a doc she didn't know.

I still don't think she's forgiven me for making her miss out on Thanksgiving dinner. :)

4. Born in a Thursday (also Thor's Day). In a snowstorm.
I'm so totally a winter person. I could have winter year round.

I'm already suffering seasonal affective disorder because the days are getting longer, and it's pissing me off.

5. I was born on a Saturday
making the old nursery rhyme a LIE :D

Sunday's child is full of grace,
Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is solemn and sad,
Wednesday's child is merry and glad,
Thursday's child is inclined to thieving,
Friday's child is free in giving,
And Saturday's child works hard for a living.

12. Wow, I learned it a little differently
Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child has to work for a living.
But the child that is born on the Sabbath Day is good and kind and fair at play.

15. That's the way I learned it too, except Sunday -
I learned "The child that is born on the Sabbath day is bonnie and blithe and good and gay."

I suppose that wouldn't fly nowadays.

10. Sunday Girl here too

I know a girl from a lonely street
Cold as ice cream but still as sweet
Dry your eyes Sunday girl
Hey, I saw your guy with a different girl
Looks like he's in another world
Run and hide Sunday girl

Hurry up, hurry up and wait
I say awake all week and still I wait
I got the blues, please come see
What your loving means to me

She can't catch up with the working crowd
The weekend mood and she's feeling proud
Live in dreams Sunday girl

Baby, I would like to go out tonight
If I go with you my folks'll get uptight
Stay at home Sunday girl

Hey, I saw your guy with a different girl
Looks like he's in another world
Run and hide Sunday girl

When I saw you again in the summertime
If your love was as sweet as mine
I could be Sunday's girl

Hurry up, hurry up and wait
I say awake all week and still I wait
I got the blues, please come see
What your loving means to me
I got the blues

Years ago, I had one of those Avon necklaces that had the quotes from that Monday's child... poem. Mine said "Saturday's child works hard for a living." But Sunday's child, according to that poem, is the truly special one.:-)
