It was an awful holiday until

I had a lousy holiday-I was broke, my grandmother was ill, shopping was a nightmare, my wisdom teeth were killing me until my ex very unexpectedly and contritely made up with me-after almost two years apart and my having moved on. I was written the nicest letter I ever got-much to my shock. So, now what?
