More fun with LTTE:
From todays Richmond Times-Dispatch:

Editor, Times-Dispatch: Terrorists are targeting everyone from high-ranking officials to children. They behead the meek, execute the weary, wreak havoc upon the world economy, and curse the religious institutions as a whole. I understand that one terrorist group would not be satisfied unless 4 million more Americans are killed. The more the merrier if that be thy mindset. That's sick. That's why we must address these threats at all costs.
The Pentagon is exploring new ways to combat the enemy, including reinstating the military draft. Many will balk, but considering our plight, what is a hunted country to do? Self-preservation dictates that we take the offensive to the enemy and destroy it. Only then can sensible minds sit down at both the dinner and bargaining table.

I stand behind my Commander-in-Chief, and if he requires my service on behalf of our great nation, I will not hesitate to put my life and limb on the line for our great country and its welfare. I have half a notion to go to Iraq regardless of a presidential order. I have an axe to grind with the insurgents that recently executed three Iraqi election officials. Edward K. Johnston, Jr. midlothian. (emphasis mine)

So who wants to take bets on whether this guy actually enlists or not?

1. Well, I think he said it best himself:
"I have half a notion..."

Half a notion to go with half a brain, apparently. :eyes:

2. Somebody needs to tell this guy there's a big difference...
between putting your life on the line for your country and putting your life on the line for the Bush Administration.

9. ask why he isn't also upset about the suicide bombing of the mess tent
and suggest that if he wanted to do something about THAT, he'd have to personally invade Saudi Arabia. Then, sit back, and watch the angry mouth-frothers write LTTE's making up excuses why terraists from Saudi Arabia can be forgiven, but not in Iraq.
