My state has the cheapest smokes in the country. At Costco I saw someone purchase about 100 cartons, all kinds plus a huge amount of cigars
Ciggarette smuggling, eh New York?

2. I just saw something on tv the other day |

that said Kentucky had the lowest cigarette tax in the nation. They only tax at 3 cents per pack. I live in southwest Ohio and a lot of people here go down to Kentucky to get their cigarettes.

4. I don't know where you are, but I buy mine on the net. |
|
I usually buy imported ones at $10.00 a carton. I've been doing this for about 2 years and of all the different brands I've tried, there was only one that was not as good as the Marlboro etc.
I order them one day and they are here 2 days later.
If I lived in NY, I'd surely buy my cigs this way and tell your mayor and Governor to go to ......

7. Most smokers from the high cig tax states are buying elsewhere. |
|
Do you blame them? In some states it is the most heavily taxed consumer product sold. They(the states) raise the tax, people buy elsewhere, and then they say smoking rates are going down because sales have dropped.
Idiots all!!!!!!!
