A few more interesting LTTEs
Mine is "Proud of What?"

http://www.remindernet.com/fr_spk.htm

I especially like "Freedom Munchers" and "Accept Bush"

It's a weekly paper that accepts anonymous submissions, so West Coast DUers can send in a quickie as well.

In response to "Moral Voters." What kind of leader kills innocent people for fun and tests mass casualty weapons on them? Weapons which might have found their way over here. Remember September 11th?If we don't go to them, then they will come to us! What will freedom munchers like yourself say when a community near you is invaded or decimated? We should have gone to them first.

I already sent in a reply asking him or her to volunteer & win a trip to Iran or Syria.

2. Proud of What? -a REALLY good one
In response to "Proud Conservative." What are you proud about? Are you proud about fighting against workplace safety? Proud about fighting against a 40-hour work week, child labor laws and the minimum wage? Proud about fighting against the interstate highway system, labels for your medicine, the Centers for Disease Control, putting a man on the moon, rural electrification from the Tennessee Valley Authority, the FDIC, the GI Bill, safe products for our children, public schools and public universities, women's right to vote, family and medical leave, social security, Medicare, the Marshall Plan, strong environmental laws, and of course, civil rights. All of those are liberal and progressive ideas that were fought tooth and nail by conservatives.

Not that I disagree with the person, but I've seen a few anti-Reagan letters in there recently.
