Can you get a receipt for parking at meters? |

Cause, I'm sick of this shit. We have parking problems at work. ANd there is meters...thing is NO ONE ever needs to park there...and there are no cars hence no need for meters. So, I park there...paying $7 in metre fees and fuck them, I think it should be a write off seeing as how it's work related.

Only if you are actually using your vehicle on work-related business - for example - parking at the airport while on a business trip - I believe you could deduct that - though I think there is some silliness about the first 2%? of your gross being excluded - only after you go over that can you deduct.
