My cousin's havin a baby!
and I am unreasonably excited about it! She told be about it on christmas day, which made it doubly cheerful for me. Its going to be wierd not being of the youngest generation in the family. She's in a bad spot tho, because she's a doctor who has to work 12 hour shifts frequently, and that's though w/ morning sickness and whatnot.

Anyhoo... :bounce:

and a Q: what is my relation to my cousin's kid? I can't figure it.

1. Great news!
Give my best to your cuz.

The baby will be like your second or third cousin depending on if the cousin of the baby is your first cousin.

8. sorry to be pedantic
but no matter what you consider it, your cousins kid is your first cousin once removed. if you have kids, they are the kids second cousins.
