I think he's a kind of moderate Democrat. He's rich but actually cares about other people so he can't be a Repuke. He also seems to be pretty socially liberal. Everyone else on the show except the villians would be Democrats too, except Dorothy, who's apolitical for obvious reasons.

As the Negotiator, he's actually protecting Paradigm City from the Repuke types who want to hide what happened 40 years ago. one of the coolest shows on US television--I ca't stand any of this reality crap :puke:
