I think it was a fake call, or a fake broadcast. Or the radio station is getting sued?

but still, I thought broadcasters have to do a couple of things:
1)ID themselves as broadcasters
2)Inform someone who doesn't know that they are on the air. So they have a chance to say: I don't want to be on the air.

Obviously, I haven't listened to commercial radio in decades.
