Completely Gross Site!
http://www.rotten.com

Avoid it. Unless you want to be disturbed for several days afterwards. I discovered this site by accident a few days ago and was completely grossed out by what I saw there. Most of it was merely in bad taste but a few of the items were seriously wrong.

I support freedom of speech/expression/art whatever quite a bit but sometimes you have to wonder why people are willing to drag it this far.

1. I've seen it, thanks.
First saw it way back in '96 or '97, I think. Hard to look at, but hard to look away once you're there, too. Horribly fascinating. Like a train wreck. Or the Jerry Springer show.

2. Thanks for the heads up....I will not look...so as not be able to look
away...In fact..when I pass an accident I turn my head away..because I know that just moments before this person was a normal person driving down the highway...then BLAM..and I do not want to see the BLAM on the history of their life...because I know not the hour before nor will I know the hour after...so I choose not to glimpse the moment.

10. Yeah...
he has sociopathy in common with Ted, but he hasn't killed any sorority girls (that we know of)...Junior seems to prefer to have his dirty work carried out by proxies, without getting his hands dirty. Like sending the US Army to Iraq "because Saddam tried to kill my daddy".

12. Funny...my father said the same thing.
But then my dad worked as a bricklayer's helper after high school...if his dad's any indication, he couldn't even work as a supermarket cashier (George Sr. couldn't figure out the barcode scanner...heh.)

13. lol
Well my grandfather was a bricklayer still is and one of the best damn dems I know. Well lets get Shrub to help with the bricks and poppy can bag our groceries. What did your dad end up doing? My grandfather was a very blue collar guy, I am however shocked he didnt use his GI Bill benefits to go to college, he had a lot of miner and steel worker family members, so I think he was like screw that, so he got in to bricklaying, and one of his employees was my dad and his friend, but my dad didnt meet my mom until much later.

15. Well...
my dad joined the Navy, stayed in for 13 years and left a chief petty officer...he was an ASW technician (anti-submarine warfare)...flew around over the North Pacific and Arctic Ocean looking for Russian submarines. Now he's general manager of an automotive repair business. Got his degree when he was in the service, but hasn't really USED it...(he has a bachelor's in education). My dad WAS kinda conservative. Bush has changed his mind quite decisively, I think. Heh.
