Can you imagine the racist nazi fundie right being confronted with the fact that Jesus' skin was brown, and that his life and teachings probably bear little resemblance to the revisionist Bible? Holy shit, they would implode from the cognitive dissonance.

I remember a number of years ago some city in the eastern US had a group that was putting on the Passion Play. But they were using an African-American as Jesus. There was quite an uproar over that.

Mel Gibson's slasher movie ain't nothing compared to what the konservative fundies would do to Jesus if he showed up today.
