W. just got done saying, "Well, I thought it was 50-50. They either had weapons of mass destruction or they didn't. And like that week I'd bought two lottery tickets. Again, each one: 50-50. They'd either win, or not. So when I didn't win with the two tickets, I figured, Hey, My turn's coming up, the odds gotta be with me now, so I bet on the WMDs. Who could guess . . .?"
