I swore I'd never start one of these "ask me anything" threads but I guess I lied. :-)

I don't feel good. :-( Somebody keep me company?

5. Thanks
My best friend was sick last week and I think I caught what she had when we went out for a b-day lunch this weekend. It was worth it - I got ice cream. :-)

6. Not sure...
my best friend was sick last week but I don't have exactly the same symptoms.

Mostly I just feel achey and tired.

3. I'm feeling crappy too!
What was IN that Katz's crap we ate?? :P

I think mine is allergies. I've been sneezing since yesterday.

Oh, did the protest EVER get to the Federal Building? I got pissed and gave up! :eyes:

8. Sorry to hear...
you aren't feeling well either.

And I don't know if they ever made it to the Federal building. I gave up eventually too. Was it just me or was that whole thing yet another sterlin example of the poor planning that plagues the left? *rolls eyes*

11. I know...if I wanted to go to the Federal Building, why would I take...
...THAT route? Poor planning? Yep. The NOWAR collective runs these things much better.

Oh well, the one chant was good though:

Hey Bush, come off it
Your war was for profit
Iraqi occupation
Will not lead to liberation

I still have that in my head.

12. Wish I could remember...
how the one went that ended "your daddy was a killer too". Oh well.

I guess I'm not really surprised by the poor planning. Still a little stunned at the number of cops they thought were necessary to keep us in line though. *rolls eyes*

15. Happy B-Day
it took an HOUR for the "crowd" to reach the Federal Building......the only impressive/forceful speaker was a VietNam Vet.....something about speaking into a microphone seemed a mystery to the others.......very Shirley Temple-ish "Hey let's put on a show in the barn" quality......nice meeting you guys, my apologies to Don for fooking up both his names.....I'll add I have had a bitchin' headache and runny nose all a.m.

16. That settles it then...
it wasn't the deli food...must have been something the police sprayed on us that's making us all sick. :tinfoilhat:

13. Poor sweet baby.
My God! You don't......you don't think I...........infected you, do you? That would be weird. Get better soon, Vel. If you feel like socializing for a while, step over to the new Tiki bar at the Grotto, and help yourself to some coffee and doughnuts.

There's a handsome French bar boy with liquid brown eyes. I think you'll like him. His name is Jean-Pierre.

 Get better soon!

14. Thanks darlin
I already dropped by the Grotto and picked up a donut. Mmm...donut...*drool*

I'm trying to get better. Went ahead and came home today to avoid it being worse tomorrow. Just with the aspirin would kick in and my head would stop hurting enough that I could get some sleep.
