Fuck, I can't get C-Span in

OK, I have C-Span at Ch. 95 on Toms River Comcast cable system, and it all fuzzed up. Even stranger is that the signals from some radio station (broadcasting at 92.7 FM) near my house can be heard when I tune to the channel. It's not the same scenario for all channels, just this one.
