Name a really mellow cheese that you shouldn't like but do!!! |
|
I'm a HUGE fan of roqueforte and bleu cheeses... but can get a real groove on with a good havarti on occasion.
But sometimes, a GREAT STANKY stilton just ROCKS MY WORLD.
And of course you can't go wrong with CAMEMBERT!

3. Havarti is the only cheese I'll eat by itself |
|
My English hubby is the one who eats all the stinky cheese around here -- Stilton, Roquefort, etc. Blecccch! What is it with the English and cheese??
Big Havarti lover here. Melt it into a sauce, pour over steamed spinach... I'll eat it forever!

What is it with the English and cheese??
How can you not salivate at the prospect of a good Stilton (or even better an unpasturised Lanark Blue) served with a glass of port?
Mild cheeses are for wimps; even cheddar is a 'girlie-man' cheese unless it's one of the strongest extra-mature types.
