I have a personal dilemma, cat lovers please help! |
|
Okay, so my crawl space flooded and we had to leave the crawl open to pump the water out overnight. Well, this morning, I've discovered a mama cat and her kittens (~5-6 weeks old) have moved in.
Do I call the humane society to see if they'll take them because they will just keep breeding outside? OR Do I just feed them regularly and hope they stay in my backyard, cause they may just be euthanized at the shelter.
So, what's better: 3-4 short years of life or a 50/50 shot at being adopted? I can't take in any more, my hubby will kill me. Any suggestions? btw-they're sooooo cute...

1. Find a no-kill shelter.... |
|
Your local SPCA should have a list of them in your area. Good luck!

3. No-kill shelter, - Try PAWS, - the progressive animal welfare society. |
|
I had a cat adopted from a PAWS shelter, they don't euthanise healthy animals and they take really good care of them while they're waiting for homes.
