Just got an e-mail from my brother (deployed)

It was so good to hear from him (it had been a while)!!! He's on a sub, so we don't know exactly where he is, which had my mom in a panic after the tsunami. My little brother comes home in about a month!! (we hope)

Not just from their own friends and family. He said it was all the American junk food you could ever want. I know he's missing Sonic. He's a Dem too, and he knows that most people who are against * do support the troops.

7. I've got eight years on him, damn do I feel old!

I spent most of my time babysitting him, so we are really close. He went to college out of state, a very short time off, then he belonged to them. I've hardly seen him the last few years, and it bites.

I know, I will be so glad to see him home. He plans to take a leave when he gets back so he can come and visit family. He also bought an engagement ring in Bahrain, plans to pop the question to his sweetie.
